杨铭 天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室
杨铭 教授 博士生导师（药物化学）
女 汉族 1946年7月生于吉林省长春市。1970年毕业于北京医学院药学系药物化学专业。1986年--1989年美国乔治亚州立大学化学系访问学者，进修药物 小分子与核酸相互作用中的分子识别研究。1993年1月—6月在新加坡国立大学分子与细胞生物学研究所任客座教授，1995年6月—8月在美国斯坦福大学 贝克曼医学中心作访问教授，1998年10月—12月在加拿大蒙特利尔大学合作研究。1996年被评为博士生导师，获国务院政府特殊津贴。
主要研究方向是以核酸为靶的药物设计及抗肿瘤抗病毒药物小分子与核酸的分子识别研究。 作为项目负责人，曾获七项国家自然科学基金、三项国家博士点基金、一项国家新药研究基金、一项北京大学创建世界一流大学计划基金(985)、一项北京大学 生命科学跨学科研究基金及一项北京市自然科学基金。作为第一完成人，曾先后获得国家教委科技进步（甲类）一等奖（1997年）、国家教育部科技进步二等奖 （1999年）、国家教委科技进步（甲类）三等奖（1995年）及北京市科技进步三等奖（2000年），教育部推荐国家自然科学二等奖（2003），并申 请专利四项。
主编专著三部：《结构生物学与药学研究》（科学出版社，2003年10月出版 ），
《药物研究中的分子识别 》（北京医科大学、中国协和医科大学联合出版社，1999年4月出版），
《结构生物学概论》（北京大学医学部出版社，2002年7月出版）；参编专著一部：
《以核酸为作用靶的药物研究》（张礼和主编，杨铭参编，科学技术出版社，1997年4月出版）。
