吴海龙 化学生物传感与计量学国家重点实验室主任

吴海龙,湖南大学化学教授,博士生导师,理学博士、工学博士。1993年赴日本留学, 1998年回国,在人才培养、科学研究和学科建设等方面做出系列突出贡献。 现任化学生物传感与计量学国家重点实验室(湖南大学)主任 (2005.3- ),分析化学国家重点学科建设责任人(2002- )。 兼任中国化学会有机分析专业委员会、计算机化学专业委员会和分析化学学科委员会委员;中国仪器仪表学会分析仪器学会第七届常务理事(2007.10- )、化学传感器专业委员会常务副主任、秘书长(2005.10- );中国机械工程学会理化检验分会副理事长、化学专业委员会主任(2007.10- )等。任《分析化学》、《计算机与应用化学》、《分析科学学报》等六种学术期刊编委。
二十多年来,一直从事化学计量学、化学生物传感技术、环境与生命科学中的新分析技术等教学和科研,先后主持完成2项国家自然科学基金面上项目,教育部高等学校骨干教师资助计划项目、优秀青年教师资助计划项目和博士点基金项目等课题。目前主持国家973预研项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。主研3项国家自然科学基金重点项目。在液膜pH化学传感器、稳健统计学新应用、三维数阵分析、二阶张量校正、二阶标准加入分析及其应用等方面取得系列创新性成果。在Journal of Chromatography A、Journal of Chemometrics、Analytical Chemistry等期刊发表学术论文110篇,其中SCI论文近80篇,SCI 引用逾350次,正面他引200多次。编著学术专著四章(10多万字)。指导培养博士生毕业2名、在学7名;指导培养硕士生毕业10名、在学11名。任俞汝勤院士学术小组组长6年。
应邀在清华大学、中山大学、中科院长春应化所等十余家高校院所作学术报告,应邀在IUPAC 2001年国际分析科学大会化学计量学分会(东京)、2004年亚洲化学计量学与生物信息学国际学术研讨会(上海)等多个国际会议作邀请报告。发表的学术论文已被Encyclopedia of Analytical Chemistry(John Wiley & Sons,2001)作为国际化学计量学界三维数阵分析领域有代表性的原创性工作获得大篇幅正面引用。国际分析化学界名著"Factor Analysis in Chemistry" ( Edmund D. Malinowski, John Wiley & Sons, 2002 )的第三版,以长达4页的显著篇幅介绍了他们的三线性分辨及校正等3个新方法。已有阿根廷、巴西、加拿大、美国、西班牙、荷兰、丹麦、意大利、日本等同行专家,通过比较研究表明,湖南大学发展的三线性分解算法及二阶校正方法等是国际上同类工作中性能最好者之一。美国分析化学期刊双年综述,多次高度评价湖南大学化学计量学研究工作,有篇综述一次引用他们的论文10篇。海外Wiley- Elsevier著名网站专题报道吴海龙等的研究新进展。近年来,多国著名分析化学家应邀合作撰写的发表在著名刊物Trends in Analytical Chemistry的有关校正专题综述(TrAC, 26(7): 752-765 (2007)),引用湖南大学工作11篇,认为吴海龙等工作处于国际定量分析化学(二阶校正)理论及应用最前沿。相同期刊的另一篇论文(TrAC, 26(11):1032-1042 (2007)),引用湖南大学工作5篇,也认为吴海龙等发展的二阶校正理论及方法研究处于国际最前沿,并指出在色谱联用、三维荧光光谱等相结合应用方面为国际最早之一。最近,Analytical Chemistry新出专题展望综述(AC,80:5713-5720(2008)),也持相似看法。去年11月,美国SANDIA 国家实验室发表题为"Tensor Decompositions and Applications"的数学专题调研报告(Tamara G. Kolda & Brett W. Bader,SAND2007-6702,Printed November 2007),将吴等论文列为化学计量学领域的代表性工作之一。这些皆说明,吴海龙等开展的工作已得到国际同行专家的较高评价和越来越广泛的认可。
荣获2002年度湖南省科技进步一等奖、2003年度国家自然科学二等奖。荣获第四届(2006年)"湖南十大杰出青年科技创新奖"等,2007年列入湖南省新世纪"121人才工程"第一层次人选。

科研工作基本情况:
自1982年以来,先后从事过液膜生物碱药物传感器研制,液膜氢离子(pH)选择性电极研制,大气和水质环境监测,区域环境影响评价,长江水系水环境背景值系统分析与稳健表征研究,化学计量学实验优化设计、多元分辨及校正新算法,液膜碘离子电极研制,流动注射分析系统计算机辅助进样装置研制,多维数阵分析理论及其在现代分析化学中应用,张量校正及张量标准加入法研究、HPLC-DAD和三维荧光光谱等现代分析仪器新应用,智能化荧光光谱仪试制等科研工作,取得了系列创新性成果。
主要包括:(1)打开了现代分析科学中三维数阵分析理论及应用研究的新局面,拓展了化学计量学研究领域。率先规范了三维数阵分析研究的理论平台,建议改善了科学的符号体系,首次发现了三线性模型的循环对称性,规范了模型及方法的分类,开展了三维数阵化学秩估计新方法研究,基于交替最小二乘原理,提出了交替三线性分解算法及其以此为基础的张量校正法和张量标准加入法等,建立了优势突出的自加权交替三线性分解、交替惩罚三线性分解、交替不对称三线性分解等系列新方法及新算法,进一步改善了三维数阵分解的唯一性理论,倡导并力行以"数学分离"代替或增强化学和物理分离,在解决复杂体系快速同时多组分定量分析和复杂化学动力学过程多组分近实时定量解析等分析难题中获得突破,继承发展了现代分析化学定量分析新理论,也为研发新型分析仪器提供了新的设计依据;(2)较早将稳健统计学思想和方法引入到(长江水系)水环境背景值研究领域,建立了大批量量测数据自动处理的稳健表征系统;3)较早开展聚合膜pH化学传感器研究,取得较好进展,获国内外同行较高评价。
在Journal of Chemometrics、Analytical Chemistry、Journal of Chromatography A /B、 Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems、Talanta、Analytica Chimica Acta、The Analyst、Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry、Analytical Sciences等学术期刊发表学术论文逾120篇,被SCI收录逾80篇,引用近370篇次,其中他引近230篇次。参编著学术著作及研究生教材三本中四章节(10多万字)。
合成多个化合物首次用作液膜pH电极活性材料,其中甲基二正十八脘胺被Fluka化学与生物化学跨国公司高价销售二十年至今。有关液膜pH电极工作,早年被十多个国家的20多位同行来函索取论文,已被几十位国际同行引用评述,也被Helmuth Galster 的"pH Measurement: Fundamentals, Methods, Applications, Instrumentation"(VCH, 1991)专著引用介绍,与世界著名的瑞士Simon小组的相关工作并列论述。
长江水系水环境背景值系统分析与稳健表征研究工作作为国家"七.五"攻关课题的理论研究的重要组成部分,已获得多次国家及部省级奖励。
三维数阵分析及张量校正分析等方面的工作,已引起国内外同行广泛注意。已被世界分析化学百科全书(Encyclopedia of Analytical Chemistry: Applications, Theory, and Instrumentation, Robert A. Meyers (Ed.), John Wiley & Sons,2001)作为国际化学计量学界三维数阵分析尤其是二阶校正工作最有代表性的原创性论文之一,获得大篇幅引用。这篇由国际化学计量学学会创始人和前会长、美国华盛顿大学B.R. Kowalski教授等所撰写的综述性文章对此给予较高评价。国际分析化学界名著"Factor Analysis in Chemistry" ( Edmund D. Malinowski, John Wiley & Sons, 2002 )的第三版以新增章节形式独立介绍他们的有关研究成果。该书是化学计量学的经典著作,在美国20多年来分析化学领域引用次数最多的25部书籍中排名第四,被称作"曾经教育了一整代化学计量学家"的著作。该书新增的三个章节,以长达四页的显著篇幅介绍了多个三线性分辨及校正新方法。
国际上已有阿根廷、巴西、加拿大、美国、西班牙、荷兰、丹麦、意大利、日本、伊朗等学术小组,通过研究比较表明,湖南大学发展的三线性分解算法及二阶校正方法等是国际上同类工作中性能最好者之一,印证了其研究的原创性和先进性,并预示着较大的发展潜力。美国分析化学双年综述评论多次给予较高评价。海外Elsevier (爱思唯尔)著名网站专题报道发展的交替非对称三线性分解(AATLD)算法, 认为它汲取了三维交替最小二乘( Tri-ALS)和交替三线性分解(ATLD)的优点,其性能比自上世纪六十年代以来发展的其它方法更好,收敛更快。

应邀在国际纯粹与应用化学联合会(IUPAC)主办的 2001年分析科学国际大会(ICAS2001, 日本东京)、2004年第一届化学计量学与生物信息学国际会议(CCBA2004, 中国上海)等作特邀报告。应邀在国际化学计量学学会等合办的INTERACT 2002多学科交叉(INTERACT2002, 澳大利亚悉尼)等国际学术会议及中法、中日等有关学术讨论会上作口头报告。
在日本留学期间,曾主持编制、组装计算机辅助容积可变流动注射进样装置。曾短期工作于Fujitsu(富士通)等公司,参与相关化学软件编制(化学结构式变换)。
曾多次担任国内外有关学术会议的学术委员会成员,分别以秘书长和副主席的身份组织了2002年生物分析化学与纳米技术国际学术研讨会、2006年生命分析化学和生物医学工程国际学术研讨会和2008年生物医学工程和生命分析化学国际学术研讨会,作为中方主要代表先后参与组织和负责组织了2006年法中(法国佩皮尼昂)和2008年中法(中国长沙湖南大学)表面生物电化学和传感技术国际学术研讨会。是第35届国际光谱学大会组织委员会委员(具体负责化学计量学分会的组织工作)。
