主要成果

    主要利用自身免疫病的实验动物模型,研究自身免疫反应的调节机理,并试验新的治疗方法。
    所涉及的领域包括自身免疫性T细胞与神经系统的胶质细胞之间的相互作用;树突状细胞在自身免疫病中的作用;免疫决定簇肽与抗炎性细胞因子联合用药,通过粘膜耐受治疗自身免疫病;利用基因缺陷小鼠研究几类重要的转录分子(NF-KB/REL家族,p53家族等)在自身免疫病中的作用,等等。先后在国际学术期刊上发表论文十余篇。
