主要成果
该研究组一直致力于白血病细胞分化和凋亡的分子机制和治疗学基础研究,取得系列重要发现。
例如,所从事的三氧化二砷治疗急性早幼粒细胞性白血病(APL)的基础和临床研究工作引起国
际同行的高度重视; 在发现低氧诱导白血病细胞分化的基础上,提出以“低氧-低氧诱导因子(HIF-1a)
-C/EBPa”为主轴的白血病细胞分化理论;报道磷脂爬行酶介导白血病分化,并就其表达调控机制提
出新发现;发现包括新型喜树碱衍生物NSC606985在内的系列化合物诱导白血病细胞凋亡,并对其
诱导细胞凋亡的机制进行了研究,展示良好的药物研发前景。此外,在利用蛋白质组学技术研究和白
血病相关蛋白的功能方面也取得重要进展。这些发现不仅对于深入认识造血细胞分化和凋亡分子信息
学基础和白血病发病的分子机制机制具有重要科学价值,也为诱导分化和凋亡治疗模式在其它类型白
血病的突破奠定了重要的实验基础。
