主要成果
(1)、成功进行重组钙离子通道α-亚基的克隆和功能表达,证明重组钙离子通道介导兴奋-分泌偶联。
(2)、利用基于进化分析的分类策略,确认了一个新的分泌蛋白OLF基因亚家族,并鉴别出此亚家族中的新成员。
(3)、率先克隆基因表达转录后调控蛋白Hu家族的唯一非组织特异因子,建立了该调控因子与mRNA转录后调控元件以及polyA之间的双联互作模型。揭示了此Hu蛋白在癌细胞内所参与的转录后调控作用。
(4)、识别、定位了果蝇天然免疫应答中起重要作用的抗菌肽基因的转录后调控元件。表明了转录后调控因子与RNA相互作用对免疫应答相关基因表达调控的重要意义。
