主要成果

    一、在技术和材料方面的主要创新包括率先利用微细胞融合法建立了仅含有人类12号短臂等臂染色体的人/鼠杂交系、利用原位杂技法定位一系列大鼠肾上腺相关疾病的基因以及利用PCR与人/鼠杂交细胞系相结合的方法进行高通量的基因定位等。这一方面的工作主要对于促进基因组学的发展起到了积极的作用。
    二、在癌基因和抗癌基因的发现与研究方面,率先建立了BCR-ABL融合基因的细胞遗传学特异性的识别探针、克隆了实体瘤特异性的IGF1R内源性基因扩增以及克隆了肿瘤抑制基因Hic-5等。
    三、在功能基因组学及生物信息学方面,建立了一套以CPP-SOM 为主体的独具特色的表达数据挖掘方法。该方法在挖掘基因组及蛋白质组表达数据的生物学意义方面与经典方法相比具有独特的优越性,其对于广泛推动功能基因组学及系统生物学的发展具有实质性的意义。
