主要成果

        本实验室工作主要使用斑马鱼发育-疾病模式生物体,进行人类造血系统发育,造血干细胞和白血病肿瘤干细胞的分子遗传学研究和转化型医学研究。2000年,阐述急性早幼粒细胞白血病维甲酸诱导分化的分子网络调控机制。2002年,澄清人类5号染色体长臂5q31和5q32-34上两个白血病关键缺失区4.5亿年的进化规律。2003年,通过使用斑马鱼发育-疾病模式生物体,揭示人类遗传性白血病Fanconi贫血病人发育缺陷的分子遗传学机制。2006年,发现人类5号染色体长臂5q31白血病关键缺失区内的白血病肿瘤抑制基因。2004年回国前后,参与组织并完成由上海血液学研究所,健康科学研究所,哈佛大学医学院Dana-Farber肿瘤研究所和波士顿儿童医院四家单位组成的国际合作课题(获NIH资助),证明脊椎动物造血分子调控网络高度保守,为使用斑马鱼模式生物体对人类血液系统疾病进行转化型医学研究奠定重要基础。
