主要成果
从事运用细胞和分子生物学在心血管疾病尤其是动脉粥样硬化的发病机理方面的研究，系统地研究了p38MAPK信号转导途径在动脉粥样硬化形成和中晚期发展中作用的分子机理，揭示了此细胞信号转导系统在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展的不同阶段的病理学意义。近年来在美国客座研究期间，对细胞内信号转导在转录后基因调控中的作用进行了深入探索，取得了重要进展，确认了microRNA 通过改变mRNA稳定性进而调控基因表达的重要作用机理。近年以第一作者在《Cell》，《Circulation Research》，《Journal of Biological Chemistry》等国际权威期刊上发表了论著。
