主要成果
建立了一种新的系统性红斑狼疮小鼠模型，发现了一个系统性红斑狼疮候选致病基因 -- 转录因子Aiolos；进而发现42%的本组系统性红斑狼疮病人Aiolos基因表达显著降低，目前正在寻找这些病人Aiolos表达异常的结构和功能基础。
鉴定出在骨髓前B细胞向未成熟B细胞发育过程中起决定性作用的基因，这一过程绝对需要转录因子Aiolos或转录共激活因子OBF-1的功能 （参见 J Immunol 2003;170:1699-1706; Nat Rev Immunol 2005;5:497-508）。
证实缺失转录因子OBF-1能完全预防自身免疫及红斑狼疮的发生。申请欧洲（PCT/EP 02/09365）、美国(20040191756)和日本专利。
发现组蛋白去乙酰化酶1（HDAC1）通过激活3’-IgH增强子调节IgH基因转录。
报告了一种新的CD40配体突变及中国第一例由CD40配体缺陷引起的高IgM综合症。
