个人简介:
1982年毕业于广州中山大学生物系;1985年在中科院遗传研究所获硕士学位;1994年毕业于瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院,获博士学位;1994年10月在纽约州立大学卫生科学中心做博士后;1997年10月起在中科院上海生化所从事细胞分子生物学研究工作。吴家睿博士现在已分别得到国家和地方多项基金的支持,其中包括中科院的“百人计划”和国家杰出青年基金。
研究方向:细胞周期与细胞凋亡
研究工作:
细胞的各种活动,如细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等不是互不相关的孤立过程,而是紧密联系、高度协调的互动过程。例如,细胞分化的先决条件是退出细胞周期,而细胞周期的异常则可以激活凋亡途径。因此,细胞内一定存在一个调控这些活动的网络。对这个网络的破坏是细胞恶性增殖的主要条件,我们称这种网络破坏后的生长为“细胞的非正常生长”。目前本课题组正从事涉及到细胞周期调控和凋亡互动的“细胞非正常生长”,另外还进行细胞周期和细胞分化之间关系的研究。
