个人简介:
        1995年毕业于湖南师范大学生物系;2000年毕业于中科院上海生物化学研究所,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;2000年-至今在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所蛋白质组研究分析中心工作,现为中心执行主任。2004年获得国家“杰出青年”基金,2005年1月被聘为 Proteomics编委。2005年9月被选为国际人类蛋白质组组织(HUPO)理事会委员。2006年起担任 Molecular and Cell Proteomics 编委。2005年获得中国青年女科学家奖。

研究方向:蛋白质组学与蛋白质动态行为

研究工作:
        细胞内的蛋白质的表达,修饰,空间位置和相互作用是随时间,空间和环境因素动态变化的,因此用静态的或单一条件来进行研究显然不符合生命的动态性特征。更重要的是,蛋白质在各个层次上的变化可以相互影响,进而最终影响蛋白质或蛋白质群的功能。这种蛋白质多层次的变化总称为蛋白质动态行为。可以说,蛋白质的动态行为是生命复杂性,动态性和整体性的分子基础。研究如此复杂的蛋白质动态行为首先需要高通量,定量化和整体水平的研究技术。曾嵘研究员领导的研究组致力于发展蛋白质组研究技术和建立大规模蛋白质组研究平台。近年来,在高通量蛋白质鉴定及修饰分析,蛋白质定量,亚细胞蛋白质分析和蛋白质相互作用等蛋白质组研究方法和技术上进行探索。采用定量化研究手段研究细胞分子网络,疾病动物模型等系统中的蛋白质动态行为,并采用计算生物学手段构建蛋白质动态行为及其调控模型。目前研究的细胞模型主要为3T3L1脂肪细胞分化等系统,动物模型主要为糖尿病大鼠等系统。
