中国科学院武汉病毒研究所 虫媒病毒媒介控制学科组

开展虫媒病毒检测及媒介蚊虫生物控制研究。重点研究登革热病毒、乙型脑炎病毒和西尼罗病毒的快速检测及病毒与宿主的相互作用关系，蚊虫病原微生物菌种及其基因资源，微生物基因组学和比较基因组学，杀蚊毒素蛋白特性和作用方式、杀蚊细菌的遗传改良和工程菌株的构建，新型细菌杀蚊制剂的研制及野生型和重组微生物对环境的安全性评估等，发展新的生物防治技术，建立和完善以生物防治为主的虫媒病毒媒介蚊虫综合防治体系。目前承担国家973、863、国家自然科学基金、中科院重点方向性项目、联合国世界卫生组织及多项国际合作和其它地方合作项目。在该研究领域同丹麦、英国、法国和美国多家研究机构建立了长期合作关系。

The Biological Control of Arbovirus Vectors research group is mainly engaged in researches on the detection of aborvirus and the biological control of mosquito vectors. The research interests of this group include: aborvirus diagnosis technology development and the interaction of aborvirus and mosquitoes, entomopathogenic bacteria and insecticidal gene resources, microbial genomics and comparative genomics, insecticidal proteins and their mode of action, construction of engineering strains with higher toxicity and wider active spectrum, production, standardization and the application of bio-pesticide and other microbial agents, resistance mechanism in target insects and the resistance management. The researches in this group are funded by the national and international programs including the 973, the 863, National Nature Science foundation of China (NSFC), projects from CAS, WHO/TDR/BCV. The group has long-term international co-operations with research groups in France, Denmark, and the USA.
