主要研究工作
1, 开拓植物可诱导的 RNAi(RNA 干扰 / 基因沉默 ) 系统。并运用该系统进行在植物发育过程中与激素调节相关的基因的生物功能研究。
2, 植物泛素蛋白和 micro RNA 在植物激素信号传导途径中对植物发育的调控作用
3, 植物来源于病原的抗性机制-基因沉默机制( Gene Silencing ) .
4, 植物 RNA 病毒对植物抗病毒机制(基因沉默)的反防御机制-抑制基因沉默机制 (Suppression of Gene Silencing).
5, 植物抗逆生物学( BIOTIC STRESS BIOLOGY )分子信号传递机制。
