主要研究方向
免疫系统的特征是识别自己和非己。细胞毒T淋巴细胞（CTL）通过其细胞表面的受体（TCR）检查表达在所有人体细胞表面的一种称作MHC I类复合体的身份标记。假如细胞受到病毒、细菌或寄生虫侵入，或发生癌变，来自入侵者的蛋白碎片会装载到MHC I类分子上形成肽复合体（p—MHC），T细胞将识别该变化并杀死携带有病原体的宿主细胞或癌变细胞。
研究入侵病原物及癌变细胞蛋白的抗原加工与提呈，抗原表位与MHC I类分子的装配，MHC－TCR相互作用机制，调控MHC-TCR之间的识别，预防病毒感染，治疗癌症。
研究课题包括抗原加工与提呈的理论基础；人源化TCR-like单链抗体的临床评价；免疫杀伤细胞的特异性调控与应用。
