戴建武 研究员

个人简介
戴建武, 博士, 研究员, 博士生导师。

本科毕业于武汉大学生物系细胞生物学专业。硕士毕业于北京医科大学生物物理学专业。1993年留学美国,从事细胞生物学和生物工程学研究。后在杜克大学(Duke University)获博士学位。毕业后在哈佛大学医学院做博士后,主要从事小鼠基因敲除及干细胞生研究。随后在企业从事组织工程研究及产品研发。在包括世界顶尖期刊CELL 在内的期刊上发表学术论文近50篇。受过良好的多学科交叉训练,具有丰富的科研经历和企业管理经验。2003年回国在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所工作,是中国科学院"百人计划"入选者;国家杰出青年基金(生物材料领域)获得者;国家重大科学研究计划《调控干细胞自我更新能力的分子网络研究》项目首席科学家。研究方向是生物材料,组织工程与创伤修复。
  再生医学是一门新兴的多学科交叉学科。其中,发育生物学,细胞生物学,分子生物学,材料科学,工程学,以及临床医学占有重要位置。

研究方向
组织工程,组织再生与创伤修复。

  1.干细胞自我更新和定向分化的研究
  通过不同的实验体系,研究干细胞自我更新和定向分化的调控机理。
  2.组织再生因子基因工程
  通过基因工程方法,利用不同的表达体系,制备多种组织再生因子。
  3.功能生物材料的研究
  制备引导不同组织再生的生物材料,建立有效的生物材料活化方法。
