简要介绍:袁训来,男,1965年8月出生,现任职于中科院南京地质古生物研究所,研究员,博士生导师,微体古生物研究室主任。现任中国古生物学会理事,中国微体古生物学会理事长,中国化石藻类委员会主任,中国动物学会进化分会委员,中国科学院研究生院兼职教授,国际地层委员会埃迪卡拉系分会选举委员。《科学通报》特邀编辑,《古生物学报》副主编,《生物进化》科普杂志主编,《地层学杂志》和《微体古生物学报》编委。政协南京市第十一届委员会常委。长期从事“地球早期生命起源、演化和环境背景”的研究,在早期多细胞真核生物的起源和辐射方面的研究取得了重要进展。如,与国内外合作者首次提出了多细胞藻类的起源和辐射模式;发现了最早期无脊椎动物的实体化石证据;在早寒武纪的地层中发现了以海绵动物化石为主的新的化石生物群;命名和深入研究了当今国际早期生命领域广泛关注的“瓮安生物群”;利用综合研究方法,揭示了新疆库鲁克塔格地区在新元古代至少发生了三次全球性的冰期事件;利用同位素年龄和系统稳定同位素的研究结果,确定了中国南方广泛分布的南沱冰碛岩是Marinoan冰期的沉积;首次发现了新元古代Cloudina的无性繁殖现象,并认为它可能是迄今为止最早的多毛类环节动物化石。大部分成果发表在国际一流刊物上(包括“Science”论文3篇、“PNAS(美国科学院院报)”2篇和“Geology”4篇等)。已发表科研论文(著)76(部),其中在SCI刊物上共发表论文30余篇;专著2部。近年来先后获得国家杰出青年基金、第八届江苏省青年科技奖、美国地质学会大会特别论文奖、中国地质学会“银锤”奖、南京市十大科技之星,第五届中国古生物学会尹赞勋奖、首批“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选、2005年度科学中国人、中科院研究生院优秀教师、江苏省科普先进个人等;专著《陡山沱期生物群》获中国科技图书一等奖、安徽省图书一等奖和中国图书奖。在贵州瓮安地区发现的似地衣化石被评为2005年度“中国基础研究十大新闻”。
