研究兴趣
课题组的研究方向和研究兴趣包括：
在特定功能蛋白结构的基础上合理设计和合成小分子化合物作为抗肿瘤或其它疾病的药物（如EGFR等酪氨酸蛋白激酶（PTKs）小分子抑制剂，细胞凋亡重要调节因子（Bcl-2 家族蛋白，IAP蛋白以及MDM2-P53相互作用等）小分子抑制剂等）。
具有抗肿瘤活性天然产物的合成和结构修饰。
药物合成工艺和有机合成方法学研究。
