陈孝，男，1965年出生于湖南。1988年于衡阳医学院毕业，获学士学位。1994年于中山医科大学临床药理研究所硕士毕业，获硕士学位。2003年于香港中文大学药剂学院获博士学位(Ph.D)。现为中山大学附属第一医院药学部主任，副主任药师，兼中山大学临床药理研究所、中山大学药学院药物代谢与药动学实验室硕士生导师。担任广东省药学会药物评价及合理用药专业委员会副主任委员，中国药学会医院药学专业委员会委员，《现代食品与药品杂志》、《中国药房》编委，《中国临床药学杂志》特邀编委。
主要从事临床药学、药代动力学的教学和科研工作。主要研究兴趣包括临床合理用药、中西药药物相互作用及中药黄酮的药代动力学系列研究。建立了一系列离体和在体动物药动学研究的技术方法及药代动力学模型，在国内外杂志发表了多篇相关论文。主要著作有《临床药物速查手册》(主编)、《英汉药学词典》(主编)、《药物临床试验标准操作规程实用指南》(副主编)、《风湿病》(编委)等。主持或参与多项课题研究，其中硫酸沙丁胺醇控释(小丸)胶囊研究获广东省科学技术进步三等奖(2002)。2007获广州市科技局科技攻关项目50万元资助。已与黄民教授合作培养研究生2名，现有在读硕士研究生4名。
