祁庆生教授
山东大学生命科学院 教授
1992年在山东大学生命科学院获微生物学硕士学位,同年留校在微生物技术国家重点实验室工作。1996年出国进修,后转入德国明斯特大学微生物系攻读博士学位。2001年被聘为德国开姆尼茨工业大学生物工程系讲师,课题组负责人。2004年被山东大学聘为教授,引进人才,并获引进人才基金资助。

主要研究方向:
1.微生物代谢工程:主要是通过基因工程调节微生物代谢流向来合成具有工业意义的化合物,或着改造传统的微生物生产过程。
A) 糖蛋白表达的代谢调控,通过改造微生物表达系统来生产糖基化改造的人源化糖蛋白和抗体,包括N-糖蛋白和O-糖蛋白的生产。
B) 通过改造微生物的代谢,在重组大肠杆菌中生产主要包括聚羟基脂肪酸、1,3丙二醇和聚乳酸。
2.微生物和糖生物学基础:主要研究糖蛋白代谢过程中质量控制 (quality control)的机制及错误糖蛋白的代谢降解。研究环糊精糖苷转移酶合成大环糊精的性质和影响因素。
研究课题:
A) 聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的代谢合成研究,负责人(教育部留学回国人员基金,2004)。
B) 聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)聚合酶的分子改造,负责人 (国家自然科学基金,2005)。
C) 酵母细胞表面固定法生产环糊精的技术研究,负责人 (教育部重点项目,2005)。
