学术经历:
陈育新教授,1972年出生。1995年于东北师范大学生物系获生物学学士学位;1998年于吉林大学酶工程国家重点实验室获生物化学硕士学位;1999年于加拿大阿尔伯塔大学医学院生物化学系师从加拿大皇家科学院 院士Robert S. Hodges博士开始抗菌肽的研究工作,2005年获生物化学博士学位;2005-2007年于美国科罗拉多大学健康科学中心生物化学与分子遗传学系从事博士后工作; 2007年作为学术带头人受聘于吉林大学分子酶学工程教育部重点实验室。

研究方向:
• 肽类与蛋白类药物的从头设计与应用
• 生物活性短肽的酶法/化学法制备与活性研究
• 高效液相色谱在蛋白质工程与酶学研究上的应用

代表性研究成果:
• 首次提出关于抗菌肽抗菌机理的“细胞膜区分机理”;
• 高活性、低毒性的抗菌肽的从头设计与功能研究,已获得美国专利与国际专利。

主要获奖情况:
• 1999 年,获得加拿大阿尔伯塔大学 “University of Alberta Ph.D. Scholarship”
• 2004 年,获得加拿大阿尔伯塔大学 “J. Gordin Kaplan Graduate Student Award”
