王金星博士，男。山东大学生命科学学院教授，博士生导师，生物化学与分子生物学研究所所长。
现任中国鱼类学会、中国兽类学会理事，中国遗传学会动物遗传学专业委员会委员，《兽类学报》编委，山东动物学会副理事长。多次赴日本、德国进行合作研究。
