朱应 病毒学国家重点实验室学术带头人

学术带头人:朱应教授

朱应教授研究方向为病毒学与分子病理学。1987年毕业于武汉大学病毒学及分子生物学系,获学士学位。1998年毕业于武汉大学生命科学学院,获微生物学博士学位。1987-1995年,先后任武汉大学病毒学研究所助教,讲师,主要从事昆虫病毒及肝炎病毒研究。1999年美国贝勒医学院生化及分子生物学系,博士后研究。参与课题主要内容包括研究两种蛋白磷酸激酶及其相关细胞因子在细胞DNA损伤修复过程中的作用。2000-2002年,美国德州大学医学院(Houston)内科系博士后。参与的研究课题包括:细胞炎症因子环加氧酶(COX-2)在哺乳动物细胞中转录调控的研究,PMA及肿瘤坏死因子激活COX-2在人成纤维细胞HFF中表达的分子机制;阿司匹林抑制COX-2研究,主要从转录水平研究阿司匹林抑制COX-2启动子活性的分子机制。2002年作为引进人才回校工作,2003年任教授,2004年获博士生导师资格。

目前主要从事乙肝病毒致癌机制和SARS病毒、流感病毒感染导致基于COX-2途径的致炎机理研究。曾在J Biol Chem、Circulation、Virus Research等SCI刊源发表论文18篇。
