研究成果

1) 关于VEGF-A生物活性调控的一个新的机制,即VEGF-A受体FLT-1信使RNA不同剪接在调控VEGF-A生物活性上起重要作用; 2) 抑制VEGF-C受体VEGFR-3的信号船体能抑制肿瘤的淋巴管新生及肿瘤转移到淋巴结; 3) 肿瘤的淋巴管新生源于肿瘤周围组织的淋巴管内皮细胞,而不是骨髓祖细胞; 4) VEGFR-3介导的淋巴管内皮细胞激活在肿瘤细胞进入淋巴管及转移过程中起重要作用。 这些研究结果对于阐述肿瘤转移的分子机制及开发新型抗肿瘤药有重要影响。
