中国科学院生物物理研究所 生物大分子国家重点实验室 副主任
从事分子免疫学方面研究。
1982年毕业于河南医科大学；
1992年获德国海德堡大学医学院医学博士学位；
1992—1995年分别在中国科学院微生物研究所和美国Memorial Sloan—Kettering癌症研究中心从事博士后工作；
1996年在美国Memorial Sloan-Kettering癌症研究中心完成博士后工作；
1997年人选中国科学院“百人计划”。
主持国家863计划，国家九五攻关以及中国科学院重大项目。发表论文30余篇，申请发明专利三项。

研究工作摘要：
研究抗体分子的结构与功能：集中研究抗体人源化和抗体亲和力成熟，建立相关基因工程抗体技术平台；
寻找肿瘤标志物：发现和鉴定肿瘤特异抗原和相关抗原，研究抗原分子在肿瘤生长和转移中的作用机制，建立肿瘤药物筛选分子模型；
活细胞内单分子行为研究：从单分子和单个活细胞两个层次探测细胞膜蛋白及其配体在信号识别和信号传递过程中的行为特征与功能。
