一．课题组成员
课题组长：卢大儒
1965年7月生。1996年获得复旦大学遗传学博士，现任复旦大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。电子邮件:drlu@fudan.edu.cn
范微微：专业技术员
目前在读博士生7人，硕士生8人。
卢大儒教授：复旦大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。同时担任中国第六届全国科协委员、中国遗传学会理事、中国民族学会理事、复旦大学生命学院学术委员会委员，实验生物学报、国外医学遗传学分册和突变癌变畸变3种杂志编委。
作为项目负责人先后承担国家自然科学基金项目2项、国家"863"项目、国家青年"863"项目、国家自然科学基金95重大项目子课题,
教育部优秀跨世纪人才基金、教育部优秀博士论文基金、教育部优秀青年教师奖励基金以及上海市科委项目等。
先后获得国家和省部级科技奖励10余项，发表论文140余篇,
其中，国际核心期刊(SCI等)40余篇；主编《医学分子遗传学》、《基因治疗》、《生物"芯"时代》。
主要获奖和荣誉包括：国家技术发明二等奖、国家教委科技进步一等奖、上海市科技进步一等奖、解放军科技进步二等奖、上海市第六届青年优秀论文一等奖、第五届中国青年科技奖、上海优秀发明选拔赛一等奖、霍英东第六届优秀青年教师一等奖、全国优秀博士论文、上海十佳优秀科技启明星、国家教委"跨世纪"人才基金、教育部优秀青年教师奖、国家"百千万人才工程"第一、二层次人选、上海市优秀学科带头人、全国优秀教师、全国师德先进个人、教育部自然科学奖一等奖。此外，作为首席导师，指导大学生先后三次获得全国大学生科技创新"挑战杯"竞赛最高奖、一等奖及二等奖。
二．课题组研究方向
环境基因组学研究（与金力教授合作）
1 ECPs致病的流调和遗传易感性研究
2 利用illumina技术研究DNA损伤修复通路与肺癌遗传易感性
3脑胶质瘤遗传易感性研究
糖尿病研究
2000年以来重点开展糖尿病基因治疗，以胰岛素基因为靶基因，以胰岛素的血糖调控和高效持续表达为解决关键问题；探索糖尿病的细胞治疗和转分化治疗途径以及作用机制，重点研究通过基因调控促进肝细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞诱导分化为β细胞。
斑马鱼发育遗传学研究
以斑马鱼作为模式生物，建立高效的转基因和基因抑制方法，开展功能基因组研究。研究胚胎胰腺发育和异位表达的机制。
