教授(博导)，1983年毕业于江西大学生物学系。现任复旦大学神经生物学研究所常务副所长、脑高级功能研究室主任。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，"长江学者奖励计划"特聘教授。中国生理学会常务理事，中国生理学会青年工作委员会主任委员，《Neuroscience Bulletin》常务编委，《生理学报》常务编委。
主要研究方向：学习和记忆的细胞和分子机制；前额叶皮层的认知功能
