研究方向:学习与记忆的分子机制
本实验室的长远目标是探索学习和记忆以及神经系统分化的机理。利用模式动物秀丽线虫(C. elegans),本实验室正在具体开展如下以下几个方面的研究:
其一、温度趋向性的分子与神经调控机理。重点解析AFD与AIY神经元组装与功能的突触调控与miRNA调控机理。
其二、学习与记忆的分子基础。具体侧重于:(1)学习与记忆过程中重要神经元或神经元簇的鉴定及其功能研究。(2)学习与记忆的突触调控机制。(3)神经递质(主要针对谷氨酸、多巴胺与五羟色胺等)参与学习与记忆的分子与遗传机制。(4)认知形成过程中需要新蛋白与脂肪合成的机理。(5)学习与记忆的信号转导调控通路的解析。(6)ATP分子与能量代谢在学习与记忆形成过程中的重要功能。(7)神经元降解与线虫认知之间的调控与互作关系。(8)环境因子或环境逆境对于线虫学习与记忆行为的调控。
其三、两难抉择与动物个体间通讯行为调控的信号转导通路。

个人简介
2001年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,获得博士学位。2002年4月,赴加拿大多伦多大学医学院从事博士后研究工作。2004年12月起,受聘于东南大学医学院。2005年,入选东南大学优秀青年教师教学科研资助计划。2007年,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。主讲本科生与研究生的发育生物学与模式生物学等课程。
