
黄继荣,男,研究员,博士生导师。研究植物G-蛋白信号转导的分子机理。
异三元体G-蛋白(以下简称G-蛋白)是高度保守在所有真核细胞内的重要信号转导分子, 是细胞感知环境并产生或者切换相关反应所需要的分子开关。虽然,近年来已有很多论文报道G-蛋白参与植物对光, 激素及抗病性等反应,但是关于G-蛋白信号转导的分子机理包括G-蛋白偶联受体和效应分子至今了解甚少。我们的研究目的是运用分子生物学、生物化学、生物物理、遗传学及蛋白免疫学等手段鉴定出与G蛋白相互作用的分子并剖析其生理功能和在G-蛋白信号转导中的作用。
研究内容简介:
1)寻找组成G-蛋白信号转导通路上的新成员。
2)研究GIP1基因的生理生化功能及其调控叶绿体发育和光合作用的分子机理。
3)解析AtRGS1在体内循环利用的分子机理。
