个人简介:
      1997年毕业于南京大学,获理学学士学位。2002年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,获理学博士学位。2002年至2005年,在美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心从事博士后研究。2005年10月起,在中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所任研究员,课题组长,博士生导师,“百人计划”人才引进。 2006年获上海市“科技启明星”称号。

研究方向:胆固醇代谢调控

研究工作:
      胆固醇是细胞膜的关键组成成分,其主要作用是调节膜的流动性。胆固醇代谢异常会导致心血管疾病、阿尔海默氏病及胆结石等的发生。生物体有非常精细的机制以调控胆固醇代谢平衡,我们实验室主要对胆固醇代谢的两个重要方面-胆固醇合成及吸收进行研究,以加深人们对胆固醇代谢平衡调控的理论认识,并且为研发新型降胆固醇药物提供基础。
