个人简介:
1946年9月生。1969年毕业于北京大学化学系,1981年上海生物化学研究所研究生毕业,获理学硕士学位。1985年起曾多次赴美国Illinois大学生化系G·Weber教授实验室进行合作研究,1995年起多次赴法国INSERM进行合作研究。现任中国生物物理学会第七届理事会副理事长,上海市生物物理学会第六届理事会副理事长。一直从事利用荧光光谱学等研究生物大分子的结构、功能和相互作用,蛋白质芯片等。在国内首先将毫微秒荧光光谱学应用于蛋白质的研究,揭示了人异常血红蛋白HbM(I)分子构象和异常功能的关系。研究并建立了利用荧光探针快速测定RNA序列、检测糖蛋白的方法。从八十年代末开始将高压力方法引入生物大分子的研究,利用高压力研究了甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶、磷酸化酶等一系列寡聚酶的解离和重组,trypsin, 33kDa等蛋白质的folding/unfolding。证实了conformational drifted form的存在,首次提出了多亚基寡聚酶在构象、自由能等方面的heterogeneity模型;证实了由亚基到寡聚酶是由一熵驱动的自发过程等。用实验方法首次证明磷酸化酶a、b的亚基可以杂交以及相同亚基组成的磷酸化酶a四聚体中亚基间interface的ΔV和结合自由能是不对称的;与G. Weber建立了研究ligand与蛋白质、酶相互作用的方法;研究鸡法氏囊病病毒IBDV时发现在一定条件下、经一定压力处理后病毒不可逆地失去全部感染性,但保持原有免疫特性,表明高压力可成为一种全新的制备病毒疫苗方法,为进一步研究病毒作用及其免疫机制提供了新途径。发现sucrose等对蛋白质的稳定作用除了和Timashiff提出的增加自由能有关外,还与蛋白质标准体积变化的减少有关。在近来的蛋白质芯片的研究中,亦取得了可喜的进展。在国内外学术杂志上共发表研究论文80余篇。曾获中科院重大科技成果二等奖。共获国内专利一项,申请国内专利二项。

主要利用动态、稳态荧光光谱学及其他光谱学方法研究蛋白质结构-功能,蛋白质分子间以及蛋白质分子与其他生物大子的相互作用;量子点在分子生物学、细胞生物学研究中的重大应用;蛋白质芯片的研究。
