个人简介：
1982年毕业于东北师范大学分子与细胞遗传学专业，获理学硕士学位。1989-1991年任日本理化学研究所筑波生命科学中心访问学者。1982-1996年任上海科技大学生物工程系讲师, 副教授，研究室主任。1993-1996年任中科院上海生命科学联合开放实验室客座研究员。1996年至今，中科院上海生化细胞所副研究员, 研究员，博士生导师，研究组长。发表论文20多篇，已申请发明专利10多项，有5项已获中国发明专利授权。
研究方向：肿瘤基因和基因组
研究工作：
在基因组和蛋白质组水平分析肿瘤基因表达谱；克隆和鉴定新的抑癌基因和致癌基因；发现肿瘤特异的信号传导途径和基因表达调控机制。具体研究课题如下：1. 克隆并鉴定与肝生长、分化、再生和癌变相关的新基因，研究新发现基因的结构、生物学功能和表达调控机制。2. 在基因组和蛋白质组水平筛选正常肝和肝癌组织中差异表达的分子，结合临床标本检测，发现肿瘤发生、发展、转移等进程中的分子标记，为肿瘤诊断、预防和治疗提供靶分子。3. 通过各种生物学模型系统研究致癌基因和抑癌基因的作用和作用途径，了解肿瘤发生、发展和转移的分子病理机制。
